Modern Urban Condo

This historic property, formerly a school that was converted to 2 story condominiums had great bones – it just needed an update.  We created a new custom modern Kitchen, with walnut accents and new appliances. Due to some challenges with the existing flooring we added a warm textural tile to complement the pre-finished hardwood and carried it into the main floor bathroom for a more cohesive look. The bathroom also received new finishes & fixtures and the Living area was updated with new furnishings to create a modern but warm look & feel in a compact space.
