Complete Transitional Home Renovation

The floor plan of this home was completely reimagined – from cut up spaces with poor placement to a flowing plan that allows light to penetrate all of the major living spaces, this renovation was a complete transformation. The Kitchen was recreated and expanded as the hub of the first floor, with fresh light finishes with dark more industrial accents like the shimmering qualities of the large format backsplash tile behind the hood. The addition of 2 new beams allowed for larger, more open living and dining spaces to either side of the kitchen. The entry from the garage was moved to allow for a new Laundry/ Mudroom combination with a Powder Room adjacent and easily accessible for kids playing outside.
