Michele co-created a set of Workplace Guidelines for Operations Centers across the Capital One real estate portfolio. She was the Lead Designer and Guideline integrator at BHDP for interior space across multiple buildings in Richmond, Virginia. This project was a renovation of multiple buildings that needed to be updated to reflect the current corporate vision and design methodology for an Operations Center environment in a cost-effective manner.
